Practicing physical activity regularly is indeed part of any quality slimming program. But be careful, not just any one! We all dream of obtaining results quickly, but we still need to find the right balance so as not to gain back those lost pounds. So, what sport do we practice to lose weight sustainably?

If there's one thing you should remember, it's this: endurance sports are the most effective for eliminating excess calories and fat, because they work the whole body. So if your aim is to lose a few kilos without putting them back on, you'll need to turn to a cardio activity. Among the most popular are cycling, walking, running, swimming and aqua aerobics, as well as cardio-training classes.
