Welcome » Welcome » The virtues » Which sport to choose to lose weight sustainably?
For reason X or Y, or even Z, you would like to lose weight? Are you thinking about (re)starting sport? Hell yeah! Practicing physical activity regularly is indeed part of any quality slimming program. But be careful, not just any one! We all dream of obtaining results quickly, but we still need to find the right balance so as not to gain back those lost pounds. So, what sport do we practice to lose weight sustainably?
If there's one thing you should remember, it's this: endurance sports are the most effective for eliminating excess calories and fat, because they work the whole body. So if your aim is to lose a few kilos without putting them back on, you'll need to turn to a cardio activity. Among the most popular are cycling, walking, running, swimming and aqua aerobics, as well as cardio-training classes. High-intensity sports, such as HIIT or cardio boxingThey have the advantage of burning fat during and after exercise. Crazy, isn't it? It is generally recommended that you do one of these sports 2 or 3 times a week to lose weight permanently.
We don't say it enough, but it's just as important to choose a sport that makes you want to do it and motivates you. Do sport to lose weight, yes, but enjoy it so you don't get discouraged after 2 sessions!
