The circle revolutionizes the practice of English boxing aka the noble art. It's simple, 50-minute boxing classes in 10 rounds which alternate boxing and cross training. The goal is simply to make boxing easier and more fun, whatever your level. That's why we chose a boxing gym with a alternative design, of the exclusive playlists and the best coaches in Paris to offer you a crazy atmosphere.

To make English boxing more chilled and uninhibited, know that our boxing classes are accessible to all levels. Expert or beginner, whatever your experience, switch off and enter the round. Plus, the only thing you put on the mat are the aqua-bags.

0 experience required, no shock, no contact, only fun and pleasure (sport too)!

Before we get started, if you think that Le Cercle classes are like those in an old-fashioned combat gym, you've got it all wrong. So let's find out what a Le Cercle boxing class is like. 

As with any good workout, you start with a good warm-up. Just to get you up and running (and in the mood), you're going to do some warm-up movements And our coaches show you the 6 punches of boxing to know. Once everyone is warmed up, either you start on the bench side or the boxing side.

  1. Bench sideYou'll sculpt your whole body, and your cardio will be put to the test! All the exercises in muscle strengthening will work on your entire figure so be ready. And if you are strong like The Rock, take the dumbbells just below the fitness bench to make the exercises more spicy.
  2. Boxing side, no contact, but it's the cardio and coordination that will take a hit (I promise you won't end up KO). You go work on the 6 classic punches of English boxing and also dodges. Different combos have been prepared just for you, and you'll see, it's not as easy as all that. This is your moment, so let loose and rip the aqua-bags.

And if you're in a bad mood or you're tired, then don't worry it won't last long. With our ultra motivating coaches, always smiling and quality playlists, impossible not to love it!

Once you have finished your boxing class, you take some time to do some stretching and congratulate you, because yes, you've earned it.
