As with any good boxing class, you start with a good warm-up. To get you ready (and in the mood), you're going to do a few warm-up movements. Once everyone is warm, either you start next bench, either side boxing.

Bench sideYou'll be sculpting your whole body, and your cardio will be put to the test! All the exercises you'll be doing will work all your muscles, so be prepared. And if you're as big as The Rock, grab the dumbbells just below the fitness bench to make the exercises even spicier.

Boxing sideThere's no contact, but it's your cardio and coordination that will take a hit (I promise you won't end up knocked out). You'll be working on the 6 classic English boxing moves, as well as dodging. Various combos have been prepared just for you, and you'll see, it's not as easy as all that. This is your moment, so let off steam and rip out the aqua-bags.

And if you're in a bad mood or you're tired, then don't worry it won't last long. With our ultra motivating coaches, always smiling and quality playlists, it's impossible not to love it!

Once you've finished the course, you take a little time to stretch and congratulate yourself, because yes, you've earned it.
