Il y en a aussi qui consistent \u00e0 reculer la t\u00eate et le corps tout entier. Elles ne consistent pas uniquement \u00e0 bouger la t\u00eate, mais aussi \u00e0 fl\u00e9chir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les jambes du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9 que vous esquivez. Avec ce mouvement vous allez baisser votre corps au lieu de le pencher d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9.
