D\u2019o\u00f9 vient-elle ? Pourquoi est-ce que tu es plus motiv\u00e9.e pour faire une t\u00e2che plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une autre ? Comment r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 te motiver ? On t\u2019explique tout.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><b>Motivation intrins\u00e8que, motivation extrins\u00e8que, qu\u00e9saco ?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tant qu\u2019\u00eatre humain, nous oscillons entre 2 types de motivation diff\u00e9rents : la motivation <\/span><b>intrins\u00e8que <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et la motivation <\/span><b>extrins\u00e8que<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autrement dit, soit tu te motives parce que \u00e7a t\u2019apporte du plaisir ou de la satisfaction personnelle, soit tu te motives parce que tu re\u00e7ois une r\u00e9compense ou tu veux \u00e9viter une punition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La motivation intrins\u00e8que d\u00e9pend donc de toi-m\u00eame tandis que la motivation extrins\u00e8que d\u00e9pend d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment ext\u00e9rieur. Dans ce dernier cas, c\u2019est un peu le principe du b\u00e2ton et de la carotte.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu l\u2019auras donc compris, pour \u00eatre vraiment motiv\u00e9.e, tu dois chercher \u00e0 atteindre la motivation intrins\u00e8que. De cette mani\u00e8re, c\u2019est ton <\/span><b>autod\u00e9termination <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">qui sera \u00e0 la base de tes actions et non pas de la pression ext\u00e9rieure.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><b>Se motiver soi-m\u00eame OK, mais comment on fait concr\u00e8tement ?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiger, si tu veux VRAIMENT r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 te motiver pour faire une activit\u00e9, tu dois essayer de satisfaire 3 types de besoins fondamentaux.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le besoin d\u2019autonomie<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le besoin de comp\u00e9tence<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le besoin de relation avec l\u2019autre<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><b><i>Le besoin d\u2019autonomie<\/i><\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019autonomie c\u2019est r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 passer du \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">je le fais parce que je dois le faire\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">je le fais parce que j\u2019aime le faire\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pour y parvenir, tu peux notamment jouer sur le <\/span><b>timing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la <\/span><b>dur\u00e9e <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou le <\/span><b>lieu <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de l\u2019activit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peut-\u00eatre que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res faire du sport le matin pour faire le plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en fin de journ\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le travail ou les cours.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et si tu faisais du sport seulement 2 fois par semaine pour commencer au lieu de te forcer \u00e0 en faire tous les jours ?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant de te lancer dans un nouveau projet, essaye d\u2019avoir une <\/span><b>vision claire et r\u00e9aliste<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de ce que tu veux accomplir. Pense \u00e0 bien prendre en compte l\u2019\u00e9nergie que tu d\u00e9penses dans tes autres t\u00e2ches au quotidien. Ce n\u2019est pas la peine de te surmener pour rien, tu risques plus de te d\u00e9motiver qu\u2019autre chose.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><b><i>Le besoin de comp\u00e9tence<\/i><\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est bien connu, si tu manques de confiance en toi, ta motivation va en prendre un coup et tu risques de finir par abandonner. Il est temps de prendre le taureau par les cornes et d\u2019arr\u00eater de faire des activit\u00e9s qui ne te plaisent pas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourquoi se contraindre \u00e0 courir 1h tous les dimanches matin, si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res simplement marcher une vingtaine de minutes chaque jour ?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et pourquoi faire des activit\u00e9s individuelles alors que c\u2019est le dynamisme de la pratique en groupe qui te motive ?\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiger, il est temps de trouver une activit\u00e9 qui te plaise et qui soit assez challengeante sans pour autant te faire peur. Et faire du sport efficacement tout en s\u2019amusant, c\u2019est possible. Tu peux m\u00eame en pratiquer avec ta famille ou tes amis pour vous motiver entre vous.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plus important c\u2019est que tu <\/span><b>trouves ton \u00e9quilibre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et puis, si en fin de compte, tu te lances mais \u00e7a ne te plait pas, ne te force pas \u00e0 continuer et ne te bl\u00e2me pas non plus. Tu as au moins essay\u00e9 en donnant le meilleur de toi-m\u00eame. Tu peux donc le prendre comme une r\u00e9ussite personnelle.
