We advise you to arrive 20 minutes before the start of your session. For the well-being of the participants, the smooth running of the session and the importance of the warm-up in order to avoid any injury, access to the session cannot be done in the event of a delay.\u00a0<\/p>

We provide free boxing gloves that are systematically disinfected and dried after each session.<\/p>

Wearing undergloves is mandatory. That's good, we offer you the coolest ones from Paname available at reception at the price of 9.90\u20ac.<\/p>

You'll sweat, I promise! Take light sports clothes and comfortable sneakers.<\/p>
